Terms of Service

• All workshop bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Yarns & Tiles.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been reviewed and accepted.
• Same-day bookings are not accepted. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.
• A deposit may be required to secure your spot. Booking details and deposit instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
• Bookings are not transferable to another person without prior written approval.

• More than 3 days before your session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Rescheduling subject to availability.
• Less than 3 days before your session: No refund and free reschedule. The session may be rescheduled at our discretion.
• No-shows: No refund or reschedule.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at info@yarnsandtiles.com.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to low enrollment, instructor illness, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a complimentary reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible.

• Payments are processed securely through Square, Inc.
• Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Full payment (where applicable) is due on the day of the workshop unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit and debit cards. Cash payments may be available by prior arrangement.

• Participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, without refund.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session start time.
• Some workshops involve tools, materials, or dyes that may stain clothing. Please dress accordingly.
• Yarns & Tiles is not responsible for damage to personal belongings during workshops.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant health conditions, disabilities, or allergies at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee allergy-free environments. Participation in workshops is at your own risk.

• Camp registration requires a parent or legal guardian to complete the registration form on behalf of the child.
• Emergency contact information must be accurate and reachable during camp hours.
• Children must be dropped off and picked up by the registered parent/guardian or an authorized adult.
• Camp cancellations made more than 7 days before the camp week start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to dismiss a child from camp for behavioral or safety reasons, without refund.

We occasionally photograph workshops for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know before your session begins. By not opting out, you grant Yarns & Tiles permission to use photographs taken during your session for non-commercial promotional purposes.

Participation in all workshops and camp programs is voluntary and at your own risk. Yarns & Tiles is not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of property that occurs during or in connection with our programs, except where caused by our gross negligence. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Fresno County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
