• Number of participants and workshop preferences
• For summer camp registrations: children's names, ages, and allergy information
• Emergency contact information (summer camp only)
• Optional notes you include in your booking

We do not directly collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed securely through Square, Inc.

• To confirm and manage your booking or camp registration
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts by email and/or SMS
• To respond to your messages and inquiries
• To ensure the safety and well-being of participants (allergy and emergency contact data)
• To improve our services and scheduling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We work with the following trusted service providers:

• Square, Inc. — Payment processing. Your payment data is handled under Square's privacy policy.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, reminders).
• Twilio — SMS notifications for booking updates and reminders.
• Cloudinary — Image hosting for our website content.
• Neon / Vercel — Secure cloud database and hosting infrastructure.

Each of these providers is contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

Our website uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in to your account. This cookie is strictly necessary for the site to function and does not track your browsing activity across other websites. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We retain your booking and registration records for up to 3 years to comply with business and tax record-keeping requirements. You may request earlier deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see Section 7).

Our summer camp program collects limited information about participating children (name, age, allergies). This information is provided by a parent or guardian and is used solely to ensure the child's safety and well-being during the program. We do not collect this information directly from children.

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message
